How We Work – Navigating the Bureaucracy For You
Our transparent, government-compliant protocol ensures your equipment arrives legally and safely through the National Single Window (NSW).
PHASE 1: Regulatory Approvals (BTRC)
- Application to Demand Note: We initiate the process by submitting your application and tracking it until the official Demand Note is issued.
- Demand Note to User Permission: We process the payments and documentation to secure your "User Permission."
- NSW Import Permission: We convert the User Permission into an official NSW (National Single Window) Import Permission required for international shipment.
PHASE 2: International Procurement
- Shipment Initiation: From Import Permission to TT (Telegraphic Transfer), we coordinate with the manufacturer (Singapore/China/Malaysia) to begin shipment.
PHASE 3: Customs & NSW Clearance
- NSW Release Application: Upon arrival at Dhaka Customs House, we apply for release through the National Single Window (NSW) platform used by BTRC and NBR.
- Document Submission: We submit the full dossier including:
- Demand Note & Import Permissions
- TT/LC Copy & Proforma Invoice
- Airway Bill, Packing List & Commercial Invoice
- Flight details & BTRC Approvals
- C&F Formalities: Our appointed Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agent completes all customs formalities in strict compliance with laws to clear the goods.
PHASE 4: Final Handover
- Delivery: Subsequently, in strict accordance with prevailing BTRC rules, we hand over the fully licensed, legal equipment directly to you.
