3. Ordering, Pricing & Payment
3.1 Placing Orders
3.1.1 When you place an order on the Website, it is an offer to purchase products from us in accordance with these Terms.
3.1.2 We may confirm your order by:
- SMS,
- Phone call, and/or
- Email.
Only after we confirm the order (for example, by confirmation SMS, call, or invoice) does a binding contract arise.
3.1.3 We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion, including orders that:
- Cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations,

3.2 Product Information & Availability

3.3 Pricing & Taxes
3.3.1 All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
3.3.2 Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any additional fees will be shown at checkout (where applicable). Whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT or other taxes will be indicated on the product or checkout page.

3.4 Payment Methods
3.4.1 Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Available for certain locations and order values as shown at checkout.
- We may call or SMS you to verify the order and delivery address.
- If you are unreachable or refuse repeated delivery attempts without valid reason, we may cancel the order and, in serious cases, limit or block future COD orders.
3.4.2 Online Payments:
We may accept online payments through secure Bangladeshi payment gateways such as:
- SSLCommerz, and/or
- Mobile Financial Services like bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
3.4.3 Your payment is processed directly by the payment gateway. We do not store your full card or MFS PIN information on our servers.
3.4.4 In case of payment failure, your order may not be processed. If any amount is deducted due to a technical issue, it is usually reversed by your bank/MFS provider as per their policy.
3.5 Cancellations
3.5.1 By You:
- You may request to cancel your order before it is shipped/handed over to the courier.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible; you may then have to follow our return/replacement process (if applicable).
3.5.2 By Us:
We may cancel your order (in full or part) in cases including, but not limited to:
- Product out of stock or discontinued,
- Pricing or description errors,
- Non-serviceable delivery address,
- Failure to verify your mobile number or order,
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
If payment was received for a cancelled order, we will refund as per our refund process.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
4.1 We work with third-party logistics and courier partners, including but not limited to:
DHL, Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, SA Paribahan, Sundarban Courier, and others.
4.2 Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Location,
- Courier operations,
- Public holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to your address or collection point. Please check the package at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately to the delivery person (and to us as soon as possible).
4.4 You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and being available to receive the order (or ensuring someone else can receive it on your behalf).
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
